Rose Choker: 4/26/17

***I’m so tired and I just want school to be over, but I gotta’ take bull by the horns. Also, this is the closest I will ever come to wearing a choker. I bought this dress from Forever 21 for $12 and it is the softest dress I have ever worn. These flowers are in bloom by my house and make my sinuses want to cry.***

La Lou, Lakefront: 3/31/17

*** Today we went to La Lou for Brunch, which has GREAT omelets and is on the Lakefront. The Lakefront is very beautiful and you can see New Orleans across the lake. We also stopped by a shoe store and I bought some more Chaco’s( I couldn’t resist these since it’s spring). ***

Pretty Bad Day: 3/27/17

*** I have had a pretty crappy day. I have terrible sinus pain and allergies. I had sinus migraines- not just headaches- all last week. I just feel generally bad and can’t seem to control my allergies this season. To make things better: I usually take the school’s bus to get from one place to the other because it is a pretty far walk from freshman parking to the cluster of buildings that hold the art classes. To make my life even better I lost my school I.D. and you can’t ride the bus without your I.D. So I walked a good 2 – 2 1/2 miles today feeling like crap. I had to buy another I.D. because I need it to go to the doctor on campus tomorrow and couldn’t wait to get home to “maybe” find it. To make myself feel better I went to 2nd & Charles to look at the weird things they have in there. I bought a book about New York and a sticker of Frida Kahlo. “Tomorrow is a new leaf baby, a new leaf”.

Save The Bees: 3/24/17

*** To be honest, I don’t like bees near me because the threat of being stung has haunted me since I was little, but that doesn’t mean I don’t see the benefits of keeping bees alive. Of the many wonderful benefits of bees, honey is my favorite. I love my tea and can’t imagine Tea without honey. Guys, we gotta save the bees. 🐝***
